Social engagement as an artistic theme is a cornerstone of this artist’s work. To bring his conceptual restaurant-bar project to life, a varied array of actors participated; from the renowned Aubusson tapestry-weavers to Atelier Luma researchers, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, gifted furniture-makers, an outstanding chef, the client herself, various guardians of the written word and, most importantly – the guests enjoying this extraordinary situation. Working with a similarly wide variety of materials, our experience in restaurant design and the ability to appreciate the artistic intention helped to ensure that it performs well for socializing.
